Building strength, flexibility and good core function is paramount to maintaining the gains you have had with your Somatic practices.
Remember not to overload your system and work at a level where your own core cannot support the movements.
We want you to challenge yourself but not so much that you reinforce your old bracing patterns.
Remember: Always release any tension you feel in your body at the end of your workout.
If there is a lot of tension in your body....you overloaded and did too much.
Always work under the radar of tension to build sustainable function and strength.
