Amazing Friends & Inspired Colleagues

We are certified IAYT SomaYoga Therapists and Somatics Educators who have specialized in working with clients in pain for over 14 years. And because of this we have lots of knowledge to share.
You could also call us “pain geeks” because we are extremely passionate and inquisitive about all things related to what causes pain. We continue to explore the true mind-body connection and apply a handful of techniques to reset the nervous system in simple, yet powerful ways.
Our specialty is bridging somatic neuromuscular re-education, yoga therapy, functional movement and mindfulness to bring freedom and joy to the lives of those we work with. We teach to professionals and individuals sharing our Method.
We also happen to be amazing friends. Our passion together is contagious and, well, it just so happens that we have a little fun together along the way.

Our Mission

Our mission is to teach you revolutionary techniques to tap into your body’s innate intelligence and its ability to heal.
It is our hope that our programs and trainings will empower you to reclaim your wholeness and to recognize that you, yourself, are the master and guru your own healing.
There is nothing more rewarding than the privilege of helping another release discomfort and be able to show up more fully in their lives. We share this incredible passion to help people learn how to heal themselves and resolve pain. Be it pain in the body, or pain in the mind (neither are separate).
We feel that the world needs to know about the power of the human spirit to heal itself.
We simply have mastered a set of tools to help you achieve this…it’s like a jigsaw puzzle. We are honoured and excited to show you how the beautiful pieces fit together.

Carrie Meyer

I love sunshine on my face, tribal beats to move to and talking anything spiritual and present moment. I believe movement is medicine and that our time on this earth is an opportunity to become aware of and reconnect with the deepest truth of who we are.
My practice and teachings stems from my own deep personal exploration. As a continual learner my practice integrates the latest in pain science, somatic neuromuscular re-education, yogic philosophy, mind study, energy medicine, and yoga therapy.  I feel privileged to be able to support my clients to discover ways to feel more ease in their bodies and minds.
The Method we teach affords each of us the opportunity to deeply integrate mind-body practices that support us to come home to ourselves and experience more ease, peace, joy and freedom!
When I am not working you will undoubtedly find me outdoors exploring the wilderness in Yukon Territory where I live or travelling the world!
