Pandiculating Left Side Obliques In A Right Side Trauma Pattern

When your body has lived with a shortened right side (Trauma Pattern) for an extended period of time, your body presents with the following potential signs: lower right shoulder, right hip higher than the left (leading to leg length discrepancies), tension on the right side of the body, more weighted on the right side of the body. This exercise addresses the left side Oblique muscles which may not be functioning as they should when a chronic right side Trauma pattern exists and need to be re-integrated into the relationship with the right side of your body.
