Core Stability Progression For Bridging

Building core stability is so much more than just doing planks or sit ups.

With larger movements, we can often use compensatory habits without even realizing it and reinforce pain/tension patterns in the body. Core is a byproduct of a body that is in balance, when your muscles contract and release effortlessly and function well.

This video will show you how to progress through the Bridging exercise so that you can re-educate tension patterns to ultimately execute the exercise with effortless ease to build functional strength into your body.

Spend time at each stage feeling for areas of tension, once one stage becomes effortless or too easy, move onto the next stage.
