This practice will help to soothe your headache by addressing the tension that originates in the trunk of the body.
*There are no guarantees that your headache will completely disappear, however, the practice will bring you some relief and provide you with a little respite.
It is always best to do a practice like this as soon as you feel a headache coming on, once the headache is established, it can be harder to alleviate.
Props: yoga mat, blanket, flat pillow for under your head, 2 yoga blocks, weighted sandbag or buckwheat bag
