Event Details

Experience a deeply restorative Nervous System Reset & Breathwork Class designed to help you release stress, unwind pain/tension, and reconnect with your inner calm. This online class on June 23 at 7:00 PM blends gentle somatic movement, targeted breathwork, and nervous system regulation techniques to support relaxation, resilience, and embodied wellbeing.

In this live virtual session, you’ll learn how to shift your body out of chronic stress and pain patterns and into a state of ease using accessible, science‑informed practices.

Discover how breathwork can down‑regulate the nervous system, dissolve stored tension, and create more fluidity and comfort throughout your body. You’ll also explore a simple somatic brain retraining technique called Pandiculation that helps you feel grounded, centered, and connected to yourself—no prior experience required.

This online class is ideal for anyone experiencing overwhelm, fatigue, tightness, pain or a sense of disconnection. Whether you’re new to somatic practices or looking to deepen your mind‑body awareness, this class offers a supportive space to reset, restore, and return to balance. Join us online and take a meaningful step toward cultivating calm, clarity, and nervous system health from the inside out.

Please set up the following for your practice: yoga mat, two yoga bolsters or large cushions, 2 blankets, eyepillow and flat pillow for under your head.
