So I hit the rope wall today at lunch… & experienced 1st hand what Nicole has been describing this past week: I could’ve planked for hours!!!
Usually it feels like so much more effort but today, it was just easy… shockingly so!
Also experienced the b-e-s-t spinal decompression when we went into inversions on the ropes… & not just in the spine but I could feel the change in my hips as well, much more open & airy than usual. MAGIC!!! really excited to see what happens after 2/3/6mths with a regular SomaYoga practice
