Discover how powerful conscious breathing and meditation can be for increasing your energy, reducing stress & pain and supporting you in your daily life. When we center ourselves in loving compassion, that ripples outwards benefiting our family, friends and the world.
This class will include micro somatic movements, breathing practices and meditation.
